Jennifer Garner met up with her very good friend and Alias costar Victor Garber for lunch at Orso and then a checkup at Cedars-Sinai hospital yesterday. Victor originally spilled the beans about Jen's pregnancy, although that's all in the past now that she's confirmed the news herself and there's no way she could hide that baby bump.
