Bright, bold and sassy was the theme of the night for the ladies on the Teen Choice Awards blue carpet, but unlike those casual (though cute) boys they got a little dressy for the occasion. The girls stayed away from the dramatic hair and makeup check out Bella's love it or hate it polls here though kept things exciting with their dresses of choice. There was a pretty even split between the short and flirty from the likes of Rachel Bilson, Blake Lively and Scarlett Johansson and the long and flowy from Lauren Conrad and Fergie.
