Akon Wants To Be Tried By A Jury Of His Non-YouTube-Enabled Peers [The Law]

The still-ubiquitous Akon has requested a jury trial in Dutchess County, N.Y., where he'll have his day in court because of an incident last June (captured above) where he threw a 15-year-old fan off the stage. Akon has pleaded not guilty to charges stemming form the incident, which include second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a minor. No word on whether the jury selection process is going to include a question on whether or not people have YouTube usernames, but I'm sure Akon would love to have any of the commenters who referred to him as da man in the box come December....
