Just in time for Sugarland's new album, Love On The Inside, to snag the album charts' top spot from Miley Cyrus, founding member Kristen Hall has decided to take action against Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush for a milli and a half. She's claiming she has a right to that money because she came up with the band's name and worked on their older tracks, but apparently Nettles and Bush are leery of sharing the profits of their music with someone who left the group three years ago.
