No, you didn't do the Time Warp again back to last September, when Britney infamously did epic fail at the MTV Video Music Awards in the middle of what turned out to be a very public mental breakdown. It is 2008, but yet again we are doing Britney Opens VMAs posts:Well, now it's official: Britney will appear at Sunday's VMAs, which take place at Paramount Studios in Hollywood and begin at 9 p.m. ET.
