So Mad Men creator/EP/spiritual shepherd Matthew Weiner realizes he's sitting on something pretty special with his cast of desk-hopping, Bryll Creamed creatives over at Sterling Cooper. Perhaps it was the 16 Emmy nominations that tipped him off.
