Just when I was about to send Sean Connery a Get Well card for the cast he's sporting, I realized I should instead be sending a wreath to Keira Knightley, who appears to have left her house wearing a full body cast with complimentary sequined cropped blazer. Also, maybe it's just me, but has Keira put on a little weight? That FUPA she's sporting is so distracting I almost forgot to LOL at the tarantula legs coming out of Sienna Miller's spanx....
